J.B. Richter, Jr. is a distinguished commercial real estate executive based in San Antonio, serving as the Founder and President of Richter Ventures – formerly JBR Holdings. With a focus on acquisition and development, his expertise lies in retail and industrial spaces throughout Central Texas.

Being a fifth-generation San Antonian, J.B. carries his family’s legacy forward. In 1882, his great-great-grandfather founded Richter’s Bakery in San Antonio and later acquired the ButterKrust brand in 1912. J.B. continues to embody this entrepreneurial spirit as the founder of his own venture focused on developments along the IH 35 corridor. Rooted in his heritage and commitment to his community, he showcases leadership by owning, developing and managing projects across key markets including San Antonio, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Austin, and Georgetown.

Beyond his contributions to real estate, J.B. is deeply committed to youth advocacy, nature preservation and land stewardship. He actively serves on the Board of Trustees for the Texas Wildlife Association Foundation, The Nature Conservancy of San Antonio, and the Boys & Girls Club San Antonio.

J.B. earned his undergraduate degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Texas Tech University in 2008. In 2019, he furthered his education with an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Residing in San Antonio with his wife and three children, J.B. Richter exemplifies a harmonious blend of professional excellence, community leadership, and family dedication.

Corinna Richter serves as the President and Chief Administrative Officer of HOLT Group, a values-driven, family-owned enterprise at the forefront of the industrial sector. Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, HOLT Group encompasses a diverse range of companies including HOLT CAT®, Texas First Rentals®, and HOLT Truck Centers®.

Since joining HOLT in 2011, Corinna has held key leadership roles, being named Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in 2016 before transitioning into her current role. Alongside her brother, Peter Holt, she represents the fifth generation of the Holt family business, proudly upholding the family’s long-standing legacy of service, innovation, and community impact.

Beyond her responsibilities at HOLT, Corinna serves on the Board of Directors for Spurs Sports & Entertainment. A committed leader in the San Antonio community, she actively supports and champions causes including Spurs Give, the Texas Biomedical Research Institute, and the McNay Art Museum.

Corinna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Vanderbilt University. She resides in San Antonio with her husband, J.B., and their three children.

As the property manager for Richter Development, Juan Piña is entrusted with overseeing the maintenance and operation needs of each property.

Juan brings a diverse perspective to his role. Prior to working for JB Richter Holdings, Juan spent 23 years in the concrete industry as a foreman gaining valuable experience in planning, managing resources, anticipating and managing challenges, and operating equipment safely and efficiently.

Originally from Leon Guanajuato, Mexico, Juan resides in San Antonio with his wife and two children. When he’s not working, Juan enjoys exploring Texas and is actively involved in his church, serving others and contributing to the well-being of his community. In every aspect of his life, Juan is driven by commitment to excellence, integrity and service.

Yvonne Keilman serves as J.B. Richter’s executive personal assistant, bringing over two decades of experience as a highly detailed and service-oriented professional. Her diverse professional background includes assisting and managing high-profile athletes, celebrities and executives.

Yvonne brings exceptional research, communication, problem-solving and logistical thinking skills to the team. Her proactive approach in anticipating the needs of principals and clients alike makes her a valued asset to our company.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Yvonne is active in her community and church. She is a lifetime sustaining member and past-president of National Charity League, Inc. Boerne-Fair Oaks Chapter. She also enjoys hunting and fishing with her family. Yvonne resides in San Antonio with her husband and two children. In every aspect of her life, Yvonne is driven by her passion for helping others.
